Nissin Cisco Gorogra Luxury Fruit Granola

The Luxury Fruit version of Gorogra is the one that puts five different fruits in a single bowl, built on a base that is more complex than the other varieties in the lineup.

Where the Strawberry version is focused on a single fruit in three forms, and the Chocolate Nuts version is built around cocoa and crunch, the Luxury Fruit version is designed around variety — a different encounter with every spoonful.

The base uses two types of maple syrup — light and dark — worked into the oat clusters to produce what Nissin Cisco describes as a “fragrant, rich flavor” that carries through the cereal even before the fruit is encountered.

Rye cereal puffs alongside the oat flakes add a faint grain depth and a slightly different texture from an all-oat base, giving the clusters more character than the more familiar wheat-and-oat format.

The five fruit elements each contribute something distinct.

Large sliced strawberry pieces are the most immediately visible — concentrated and jammy, the flavor of dried strawberry at its most vivid.

Pineapple pieces add a tropical brightness and a faint acidity that cuts through the sweetness of the maple base.

Blueberry puffs — a baked piece made with blueberry juice powder — provide a soft, crumbling texture that dissolves more readily than the other fruit pieces.

Mango adds warmth and a deeper tropical sweetness.

Small whole strawberry pieces distribute through the bowl as a secondary strawberry presence, appearing in between the larger pieces and keeping the flavor consistent throughout.
