Tengu Yokozuna Arare Snacks Ume Shiso

Yokozuna Arare is a twisted depp-fried snack, which is produced by Kyoto Fushimi based company, Tengu Seika Corporation. This purple package one is ume shiso, plum and perilla leaf flavor. Each snack piece is seasoned with plum vinegar extract powder, sugar, soy sauce and bonito extract powder. Several other companies release the same kind of twisted Arare named “Hineriage” or “Tsunaage”. Im my personal opinion, Yokozuna Arare is a bit harder texture.
