Big Katsu is a fried cutlet snack, which looks and tastes like a breaded pork cutlet, or Tonkatsu. It is produced by Suguru, Kure, Hiroshima based local food company. Actually Big Katsu is not made from real pork but fish surimi as the main ingredient. This one is Miso Katsu flavor. The fried surimi is seasoned with soybean miso, sugar, salt, powder sauce, dried bonito and seafood extract.
