Takadaya Genkotsu Ame Candy Black Sesame

Genkotsu Ame is a soft kinako candy made by kneading kinako, barley, starch syrup and light brown sugar. It is produced by Aichi prefecture’s local confectionery company, Takadaya Seika. “Genkotsu” means “kinako candy” in Hida Takayama region. This one is black sesame flavor. It is not too sweet, but you can fully enjoy the flavor of soybean flour and sesame that fills your mouth.
