The Kansai Limited Uji Matcha Alfort takes the digestive biscuit foundation that has defined the lineup since its launch and pairs it with something that belongs specifically to this region: matcha sourced from Uji’s first harvest — ichibancha, the earliest and most prized picking of the season, chosen for its vivid color, its clean vegetal fragrance, and the refined bitterness that distinguishes Uji matcha from everything else on the market.

Where the standard chocolate variety opens with the dark, roasted notes of cacao, the Uji Matcha opens with green — the bright, grassy freshness of high-quality matcha, followed by the characteristic gentle bitterness that deepens as it meets the toasty whole wheat digestive biscuit beneath.
