The roasted nori — yakinori — is made from 100% Ariake Sea nori, one of Japan’s most prized seaweed-producing regions, where the tidal flats and mineral-rich waters produce a nori with a vivid color, a clean oceanic fragrance, and a depth of flavor that has made Ariake the benchmark for premium Japanese seaweed.

Every piece of roasted nori in this chip carries that provenance.
