Matsunaga Shiruko Anko Sandwich Biscuit

Shiruko Sandwich is the biscuit which contains kneaded Anko or sweet red bean jam in the middle of the dough. This biscuit was released in 1966 by Aichi Komaki-based confectionery company, Matsunaga Seika. It is a bit hard texture like a cracker and matches well with sweet Anko.
