Q1.  What is 賞味期限(Shoumikigen)written on the package ?
A. 賞味期限 is the “Best Before Date” for a product. It means a snack will taste as intended by the manufacturer before this date. Even if the date passes, the product won’t go bad so quickly. We send the product which has a shelf life of at least 6 months.

Q2. What is 消費期限(Expiration Date)witten on the package ?
A. 消費期限 is the expiration date of a product. It is often used for fresh products that spoil fast. We don’t recommend you eat the product after the date passed. We send the product which has a shelf life of at least 6 months.

Q3. Item Stock
A. Depending on the timing of your order, we may not have the item in stock. If the item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we might cancel the order or offer you a substitute.

Q4. Do you sell Japanese chocolate product ?
A. Basically, we don’t sell chocolate products to avoid melting. Most of the chocolates melt at 82°F (28°C) – 84°F (29°C). But if you don’t care about the melting, we would love to get chocolates for you. Melting doesn’t occur in spring, autumn and winter seasons.

Q5. Are you selling Japan-Made snacks ?
A. Yes, we are. All of our products are for sale in Japan only.

Q6. Is the price only in Japanese Yen ?
A. Yes, it is. Please check exchange rate and calculate the price of your currency by yourself before placing an order.

Q7. How do you pack the snacks ?
A. In an envelope or cardboard box. We definately use a cardboard box for the product that is easy to crumble.

Q8. Bulk Discounts
A. We offer a bulk discount like the following table.

Q9. Can you get an item which isn’t listed on your website ?
A. Yes, we can. Please let us know the item you are looking for.

Q10. What is the payment way ?
A. Credit Card or Apple Pay through Stripe. We don’t accept Paypal payment.

Q11. When will my credit card be charged ?
A. Your credit card will be charged when you place an order.

Q12. Where will my credit card information be stored?
A. Your credit card information will be stored on Stripe. Our store doesn’t keep it.

Q13. Do you provide international shipping?
A. Yes, we do. Basically the package is shipped by Air Mail or EMS of Japan Post. You can also choose Sea Mail, which is the cheapest option, but please note that it will take 2-4 months for the item to arrive.

Q14. Is it possible to track the package?
A. Yes, it is. The package can be traced on the official Web site of overseas post offices. Please access the link page of Japan Post.

Q15. Shipping fee (Per Order)
A. Shipping fee is determined by the weight of the package and also the location of where your package is being shipped to. You can find the shipping rates on “Cart” or “Checkout” page.

Q17. I’m traveling in Japan now. Can you deliver the item to my hotel or temporal address ?
A. It depends on the item stock. Could you let me know how long you are going to stay there ? We will let you know if it’s possible.

Q18. Shipping Time and Tracking
A. The order is normally shipped within 5 – 14 days. If you order multiple items, we will ship all of them together after the last one arrives. Your shipping confirmation email will provide an tracking numbers.

Q19. Import duties, VAT, other taxes and charges
A. They are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the price. Please check with your country’s customs office how much they will be prior to buying.

Q20. What if I refuse to pay Import duties, VAT, other taxes and charges ? Could you refund me after the package is returned ?
A. That’s not acceptable. If you do it, we don’t refund any money.

Q21. Will you ship the package as a gift ?
A. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Q22. Return and exchange.
A. All sales are final. We can’t accept returns and exchange the items.

Q23. Cancel.
A. You can cancel your order before the order processing email is sent. We don’t accept cancellations and product changes after the order status has been changed from “On Hold” to “Processing”.

Q24. My package was stolen after FedEx dropped it off at the front door. Will you send replacements or refunds ?
A. FedEx and we don’t take responsibility for stolen packages once dropped off. We recommend that you contact FedEx to hold a package and pick it up at FedEx Office near your place.

Q25. May package was returned to Japan because I was not able to receive it. Can you resend it ?
A. Yes, we can. But we need another shipping fee for resending.

Q26. Do you have a store in Osaka ?
A. Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical store. Only online service is available.

Q27. I haven’t received an order confirmation email.
A. Please contact us with using Gmail address. Some email providers often mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Be sure to check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add to your safe list. According to our customers, Hotmail address doesn’t work.
