Bonchi Bonchiage Fried Senbei Rice Cracker

Bonchiage is the most well-know fried rice cracker in Kansai region. It is deeply fried with light soy sauce making dashi from kelp and bonito. Rice cracker company, Bonchi released this Senbei in 1960. On the other hand, almost the same type of cracker, called  “Kabukiage” goes on the market in Kanto.
