Heiwa Seika Sobaboro Buckwheat Cracker

Sobaboro is a traditional Japanese cookie-like wheat cracker, which is made from buckwheat, sugar, egg and baking powder. The texture is crispy and not too sweet. This snack is pretty famous in Kyoto but originally from Portugal in 16th century.
