Inaka no Okaki is stick-shaped rice crackers that have two different textures: crisp on the outside and crumbly on the inside. It is released by Niigata based rice snack company, Iwatsuka Seika. These rice crackers are made with 100% Japanese rice and come in a pack of 8 individually wrapped pieces. The blue package is salt flavor, and the rice crackers are seasoned with Ako salt, which is famous in Japan.
