Kado Big Katsu Tonkatsu Sauce

Big Katsu is a fried cutlet snack, which looks and tastes like a breaded pork cutlet, or Tonkatsu. It is produced by Kado, Joso, Ibaragi based local confectionery company. Actually Big Katsu is not made from real pork but fish surimi as the main ingredient. The fried surimi is seasoned with sauce, chicken extract, shrimp powder and some seasoings. This product is a typical Japanese cheap snack, called “Dagashi”.
