Nissin Cisco Gorogra Chocolate Nuts Granola

Where the Strawberry version uses three forms of the same fruit, the Chocolate Nuts version uses four distinct nut elements alongside a chocolate base — a combination that makes each bowl more texturally variable and more satisfying than a uniformly flavored granola would be.

The chocolate character runs through the oat flake base from two sources: cocoa powder and cacao mass from Ecuador, which Nissin Cisco describes as a “select cacao” — a choice of origin that produces a deeper, more rounded cocoa flavor than a generic cocoa powder would achieve.

The combination of the two gives the base both the bitterness of the powder and the fat-rounded depth of the mass, making the chocolate note present and complex rather than mild or one-dimensional.
