Sanonto Kinako Nejiri is a soft kinako candy made by kneading kinako, starch syrup and light brown sugar. It is produced by a Hokkaido’s local confectionery company, Sapporo Daiichi Seika. Kinako Nejiri means a twisted, rod-shaped confectionery made primarily from soybean flour. It is said to have originated in Kyoto. You can enjoy a nostalgic taste that makes use of the flavor of soybean flour.
