Suguru Big Katsu Special Sauce

Big Katsu is a fried cutlet snack, which looks and tastes like a breaded pork cutlet, or Tonkatsu. It is produced by Suguru, Kure, Hiroshima based local food company. Actually Big Katsu is not made from real pork but fish surimi as the main ingredient. The fried surimi is seasoned with mixed sauce, brewed liquor, curry powder and seafood extract. This product is a typical Japanese cheap snack, called “Dagashi”.
