The Pretz version of this profile is more specific than most: aromatic bouillon, sake lees, consommé seasoning, and a fragrant flavor oil work together to produce what Glico describes as a “komi bouillon” flavor — a deep, rounded umami that sits underneath the crisp, lightly baked stick rather than sitting on top of it as a coating.
