Iwatsuka The Hitotsumami Shrimp Black Pepper Rice Cracker

The Hitotsumami is a stick shape fried rice cracker produced by Iwatsuka Seika in Nagaoka, Niigata Prefecture. This red and black package one is shrimp and black pepper flavor. These rice crackers are a bit hard and crispy texture, but the black pepper has a good effect and delicious, although it’s spicy. Some roasted peanuts are also included in the package and they go well with beer.
